Charter Schools Directory does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or other personal information to browse or search.

If you use “near me” search, your browser asks for permission to share your location. Your location is used only inside your browser to sort schools by distance and is not sent to our servers.

Cloudflare hosts the site and may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, performance timing, and security signals. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, visits, referrers, countries, browsers, and site performance. It is designed to operate without cookies or persistent identifiers and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Embedded Google Maps load only when a map scrolls near the viewport. When a map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, referring page, and interaction with the map under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms.

We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MSWL6BH4) to manage site measurement and future tags. Tag behavior depends on the configuration in that container; Google or other tag providers may receive technical information and may set cookies when a tag fires. Configure consent controls in Google Tag Manager before publishing non-essential advertising or personalization tags, and obtain consent where required by law.

We also load Google AdSense code so Google can verify and review this site for advertising eligibility. If advertising is approved and enabled, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP addresses, browser information, ad interactions, and consent choices to select, deliver, limit, and measure advertisements. Advertising remains subject to appropriate consent controls and the Google advertising policies.
